Payment Options

We appreciate payment of services at the time of your visit. If you have dental insurance, we advocate payment for the patients’ estimated portion at the time of service. If you have any questions concerning payment of fees, please feel free to speak with one of our business staff. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
We also offer a flexible payment plan through CareCredit.

Dental Insurance: We will be happy to process your dental claims for services rendered. Please provide us with the mailing address as well as the insurance carriers’ phone number. This will help with filing/processing claims in a timely manner. If you have a dental insurance card please provide it at your first visit. We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Ladue Family Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations (DMO’S).
